Meet Our Founder
Dr. Theo Archi Mills is the FOUNDER/CEO of the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF PASTORAL COACHING.
He has facilitated executive leadership development programs for over three decades, and coached top-notch executives, corporate, political, and religious leaders, and managers at all levels of society.
He is a prolific speaker, a Certified Master Coach with the Wainwright Global Institute of Professional Coaching, and a member of the Strategic Learning Alliance and has motivated many professionals across the globe to rethink their approach to leadership, and management as well as life in general.
He has a background in Pastoral Leadership and Management.
He is currently the PRESIDENT of the GLOBAL MINISTERIAL FELLOWSHIP operating in the United States, Europe and Africa, and the GENERAL OVERSEER OF RESTORATION OUTREACH MINISTRIES (USA).
Dr. Mills is endowed with the wisdom and skills in discovering potentials, developing skills and deploying CHANGE AGENTS to fulfill their purpose.
